About the WFU Office of General Counsel
The Wake Forest University Office of General Counsel (formerly the Legal Department) provides advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of topics to the University, including Wake Forest University Health Sciences and Reynolda House Museum of American Art. The Office of General Counsel is also responsible for engaging and supervising all persons and firms who render legal advice to the institution, including outside counsel.
Members of the Office of General Counsel do not represent or advise faculty, students or staff members in personal legal matters. Personal legal advice should be sought from a private attorney.
